Jacob is a Client Support Associate at TRADEPORT, where he helps clients feel confident using the platform by answering questions, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. He takes pride in making the client experience easy and stress-free, and he’s just as comfortable digging into testing as he is building genuine connections with the people he supports.

A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Jacob stays active and curious outside of work. Whether he’s training in mixed martial arts, heading out for a long run, or unwinding with his guitar, he’s always looking for ways to push himself, learn new skills, and keep life interesting.
