Joseph Pontani is the Technical Lead for TRADEPORT, where he guides the team towards scalable, high-performance, future-ready solutions. Since joining the company in 2024, Joseph hit the ground running and has lead multiple efforts to improve internal tools and processes, bringing in his experience in process automation and system design. His latest efforts focus on providing a robust, unified system for managing all of our clients' FIX connection needs. With passion driving his work, Joseph takes pride in his ability to build solutions that can adjust with the needs of our clients.

When not breaking down complex problems, you may find Joseph at the water's edge, fishing with his wife and two daughters. An avid college football fan, Joseph is a proud Virginia Tech Hokie and can be found wearing maroon and orange at any given opportunity.
