P.D. began his career at the company in 2002 as a developer and quickly recognized opportunities to strengthen operations and support growth. By introducing greater structure in project management, vendor relations, operational controls, and sales support, he helped lay the foundation for the company’s expansion. Over time, his leadership in supporting operations, infrastructure and the security program positioned him to help guide the organization. When the opportunity arose to take ownership, P.D. and Jake were prepared and aligned to take the company forward.

Today, as co-owner of TRADEPORT, P.D. continues to wear many hats. While relying on the team to manage day-to-day operations, he focuses on long-term strategy, financial stewardship, and building strategic partnerships. His ongoing interactions with clients and partners provide valuable industry insight, fueling the company's commitment to delivering innovative technology and services. Guided by a philosophy of lifelong learning, he and TRADEPORT's leadership continue to refine the company’s structure and operations.

Outside of work, P.D. enjoys recreational sports —pickleball, golf, and volleyball—as well as exploring creative projects like 3D printing. He can often be found at a concert, a local brewery, relaxing at Virginia Beach and spending time with his sons.
